| Description: Nova Yogurt is a budget, almost dairy-free yogurt flavored soft serve. This is our most economical yogurt soft serve in the range. Nova Yogurt does contain active live yogurt cultures but very little dairy - the only dairy as sodium caseinate usually tolerated by lactose intolerant people.
Nova Yogurt is the latest addition to our yogurt soft serve range. It is smooth and creamy with a complex yogurt taste - acidic, tangy/tart, brilliant white and refreshing. In Australia, Nova Yogurt can not legally be called frozen yogurt which may differ in other countries.

Ingredients: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers (450, 452, 472a, 322 Soy), Vegatable Gums (466, 415, 412, 407), Food Acids (330, 334, 270), Flavour, Salt, Live Yoghurt Culture.
Net Weight: 12kg cartons (8 x 1.5kg sachets)

Yield: Each bag (1.5 kg) is mixed into 3.5 litres of water so yield per bag is 5kg. Each carton yields 40 kg liquid mix. This is equivalent to 400 x 100gram serves.

Packaging:
Sachets: airtight, lightproof, CO2 flushed food-grade, foil-laminate bags bearing the following information in English: Product Name, Product Code, Net Weight, Mixing Instructions, Ingredients, Manufacturing Date, Best Before Date, Batch Code, Time Manufactured.
Cartons: Custom-printed, export-grade single corrugated ´1C´ super-flute cardboard box, with a label bearing the following information: Product Name, Product Code, Net Weight, Ingredients, Packaging Date, Best-before Date, Storage Instructions & Supplier Details. Then in jet-print, the Pallet Code and Time of Packaging is printed on the reverse side of the carton.

Storage Instructions: Cartons of powder base must be stored below 25 deg. Celsius (77 deg F) away from direct light.

Shelf Life: 18 months from date of manufacture.
After mixing, it is must be stored below 4 deg Celsius (39 deg F) and used within 3 days.

Palletizing:
One standard LCL pallet holds 80 cartons (but 100 cartons when part of an FCL order) and is 1.92 cubic meters in size (excluding pallet) and weighs 960kg.

Specified Optimum Operational Temperature:
Soft Serve: This soft serve must be served between minus 7 and minus 8 deg Celsius (between 17.6 & 19 deg F).
Hopper: The liquid in the storage hopper must be kept between 2 and 4 deg Celsius. This temp. is usually reached after 1 hour of pouring fresh mix into the machine mixed with water at 16 deg Celsius (61 deg F).

Applications:
- Yoghurt Sundaes: Served with fruit toppings or frozen fruit.
- Fruit Salads: Served as Frozen Yoghurt Soft Serve on Fresh Fruit Salad
- Cones: Usually served on a waffle cone - flavoured or plain. Also sold on normal cones.
- Smoothies: 1/3rd yofrost, 1/3rd Juice or milk, 1/3rd ice - then add 10 - 20% fruit (fesh or frozen) Blend for 30 second using a blender.
- Yoghurt Thickshakes: 2/3rds YoFrost, 1/3rd cold milk, fruity milkshake flavouring syrup to taste (usually 10% of total volume). Blend for 30 second with milkshake spinner. Aeration ~10% of final volume.
